Looking back at the threads, it looks like Rori used to produce some lower radiator spacers, but is no longer producing them. Anyone have any other suggestions or photos of how you raised your radiator off of the FFR mounts? I plan on getting the Zero Decibel top mounts, but need some guidance on the bottom end!!

Just space them up with rubber bushings that you can buy at the hardware store or use some that are discarded from your doner. Slide them over the radiator pins and tit is easy to space it up 1/2 inch giving radiator hose to steering rack clearance.

I just used wide metal washers. Worked fine. I like Dan's idea of rubber bushings though - just make sure they are very firm.

2" UHMW rod from McMaster Carr is under $10/ft. Or you can get all kinds of fancy materials to make spacers from!
