I Think I want to build a Daytona or a truck for myself so the Roadster must go.
Kit is a FFR mark 4 kit. Painted Corvette torch red. this car as about 20 miles on it. Yes 20

Drivetrain:
331 Stroker with fuel injection.
GT40 intake and aluminum heads.
Engine is wired with Painless EFI harness
brand new T5 with new clutch pressure plate and flywheel
rebuilt 8.8 rear with 3:55 gears

Brakes:
front are 13 inch Cobra R brakes powder coated red
rears are optional 11.65 brakes from FFR
braided soft lines at each corner
power assist using a Mustang booster and pedal box

Suspension:
FFR supplied front spindles
FFR supplied upper and lower control arms on front.
3 link in rear. Konis all around.

Adapted 2 inch Mark 3 chrome roll bar
FFR vinyl dash with glove box
Russ Thompson turn signal
Ron Francis wiring
Leather seats with driver seat track
wipers
wind wings and sun visors
Fully insulated interior
17 inch Halibrand rep wheels

finished trunk
Breeze front mount battery box
Boig Motorsport upper and lower cooling tubes


Car is located in Norton MA. If the car is sold in MA, I have all the paperwork to make is emissions exempt.

I am anticipating its arrival! I like to DIY on my cars and toyed around with the idea of buying a complete kit. I don't think my skills are where they need to be to build one, nor do I think I could do it for the cost of this car. I have a lot more faith in Mike's capabilities than mine with these things. thanks again, Mike. I am SURE I'll be in touch with questions!

i'm looking again for a FF Cobra... it was a couple of years ago that i almost got one from Madisonville area, has anyone transferred from out of state to Louisiana, and how did that paperwork go? any advice? perhaps i could impose myself into a car meeting and ask a few questions and get some advice...

Yesterday I had the good fortune to meet the proud owner of this MK-4 and seeing Mike's work up close was a huge plus for this home builder.
This new owner puts us at having four Factory Fives in my home town of Slidell with two being constructed just West of us in Mandeville and Covington.
Hopefully we'll be seeing more from this fellow; however, this father of two has got a lot on his plate right now on the family front.

Guys, sorry I missed the question in August. The registration process was not complicated once I talked to the right people. I drove over to Mandeville to the State Troop for my inspection. Next I took that and my other paperwork to the special vehicles unit in Baton Rouge that is where you have to do the initial state registration. Once you are in the system though you can do any further work at local DMV offices or auto title places.
