There has to be someone else out there that already solved this, but the worst thing about my GTM is that plain C5 Key that I use to turn it on!

What are you guys using for a key?

I'm using a push button start, but mine was wired like that from the start. However, I believe there are companies out there that turn a keyed ignition into a push button start. Google and see what you get.

Almost every single GTM that comes thru our shop uses the Infinitybox electrical system with has the push button start built right into the system....so that is what we use.

I installed push button start and also wired in a hidden key start for a backup.

This may sound like a dumb question, but hey the only dumb questions are the ones not asked.

With the push button start, I'm guessing there is some type of key FOB that allows you to start it when in proximity. I am also looking to introduce the following touch sensors to pop the doors open.

Can this all run off of one key FOB for proximity access to open the doors and start the vehicle?

That would be an rfid ignition kit, several options out there.
