I took this off my 8.8 straght axle. Do I re use this flange, do I need to get a different one, or does one come with the kit?

In case you need any, here are some instructions on the 8.8 rear end. (You'll need an in/lb torque wrench for figuring out the pre-load, after replacing the crush washer).
