From Factory Five's website for the Gen 3 Coupe base kit: "Front suspension comes ready to use Mustang lower control arm/spindle and brakes." And in the what you need section, "Mustang front and rear brakes."

So, no.

To Paul's point they don't. However it is an opportunity to upgrade to what ever you want to do.
