with the different types of lug nut seats (not sure if correct term, but the part that of the lug nut that connects with the rim) what is the correct one for the factory five 818 rims?

Cone Seat M12 x 1.25 Thread Size Lug Nut. The angle of the cone is standardized. If you are unsure, just get lugs for a Subaru WRX and you'll be sure they fit.
