Hose identification and turbo inlet question

Driver hand side of my 04 ej205, what is this connection that I have circles in red? It was sitting near the Intercooler BOV... assuming it is not the BOV as that is connected with a u hose near the center of the intake...

OK so, I think I have it figured out.... TGV Vacuum vents to atmosphere?

That's correct. You planning on deleting the valves?

Yeah I plan on deleting tgv’s, adding Air oil sep etc. but wanted to get the motor running and make sure there were no issues before I start removing things and changing them around. It a lot of experience with Subaru motors. So figured stock was a good place to start.
