Finally getting a crate engine!!!

Finally putting down a deposit on a Crate Engine!!! Been talking to Joey from Performance Automotive and have decided on their 393 crate engine. Happy to give my business to a FFR vendor and also to a vendor that’s helping out a little extra for us Military Boys. I can’t believe how excited I am!! Want to thank all the forum members for all their advise, direction and help. Now I just have 3 more months in this Crapy place then home, then next duty station, then delivery. Thanks again Joey for working with me and returning my emails so quick.

Right now I have a flight home 6 October, but I'm hearing that will more than likely be moved to sometime late September. Would like to get home by my birthday which is 5 October and also the day that Dave Smith called me with the big news. Cant wait to get back and start up the build and get to meet some of you guys at one of the shows. You Roadster guys have been some good friends while I've been over here and I thank you all. We might all come from different places and lifes but we are all drawn together by the dream of building and owning one of these totally impractical cars!!!
