Has anyone ever delt with ATK Performance Engines based out of Texas? Or Ford Proformance Solutions out of California? Both have been around a long time and have resonable prices

Established 1981: Back in 1993, Mike Forte developed the original conversion of the Ford Tremec into a GM 5-speed. These have always bolted to OEM GM aluminum bellhousings without an adapter plate. The Early Ford & FE Tremec were also originals from Mike Forte. The Mustang firewall adjustable quadrant kit also is an original from Mike. His latest developments are external slave clutch release conversions & cable release conversions too. Ive done work with Troy at Ford performance Solutions and he's a good guy. The motor in my first Roadster came from them and was very happy with the performance.

Got an ATK long block 5.0. They are balanced, blue printed and dyno tested (shows hp and torque curves) with a 24 month warranty. I found the reps to be very sharp (gear heads). I am pleased with what I got. I changed heads and other components. So I have had a chance to really see the engine up close. Everything looks well done.
