Question about TKO/Autometer

Does anybody know if the factory installed Speedo sender inside a TKO 600 works with Autometer Electric Speedometers ?

Yup, sure do. You just need to calibrate at the speedometer end. Follow the directions with the speedo to calibrate. One wire of the sender goes to the gauge, the other to ground, and it doesn't matter which. If you need a pigtail connector for the sensor Breeze and Forte have them...

It does work on the newer gauges 2009 forward the old ones only used their 4 square sensor

I beg to differ...

My build uses Auto Meter Cobalts, circa 2006 or so procurement, and I am using the TKO's speed sensor, as shipped with the transmission. It's always best to verify signal type requirements in the gauge's installation directions, but to say with certainty XX year and forward work and XX year and back don't could cause some problems with builders...
