The manual shows a "Clutch Quadrant Stop" but FF5 says they don't sell them and I am having a hard time finding the right solution. I am using a hydraulic throwout bearing so I need some kind of pedal stop. What have others used.
I fabricated an adjustable pedal stop and mounted it to the floorboard for mine.

Yes I did see that one in my research. Did you have to weld in the piece that you screw yours into or is it already there?

It depends on your pedal box, and pedal set up. It's quite simple to fabricate one for the donor box, and pedals, when using the aftermarket clutch cable quadrant.
Basically I bolted a brace to the pedal box, and ran another bolt with a rubber stopper through the bracket. I can adjust the depth needed to suit the clutch pedal. You can see it in this attached picture.
Edit- re-reading your inquiry, I see you mention hydraulic clutch, so my system wouldn't be appropriate..sorry.:o
