What's the deal on the flasher switch, it has 6 connections and I have 4 leads?

No problem. It's a double pole double throw (DPDT) switch with 2 inputs (center terminals) and 4 outputs (end terminals). You'll only need the terminals in the center and on one end, depending on which way you orient the switch.

OK, the 2 red flasher leads in the middle & the green & blue leads on the outside? The schematic isn't clear

The most rent RF harness that I've used had pink as the feed, light blue as right and dark green as left but I think you have it; feed to both center terminals and the two loads on opposite terminals of the same end.

The 6 terminal DPDT switch often throws people. What is actually needed electrically is a DPST ON/OFF but FFR has always included the DPDT, I suspect because a matching DPST is not available through their supplier. Simply wire it as if it were a DPST and leave the second pair of load terminals unused resulting in an ON/OFF/OFF configuration or redundantly connect the two load pairs to create an ON/OFF/ON. Either way works but keep in mind that a double pole switch is required so that left and right turn signals remain isolated from one another otherwise they will cross feed.

Thanks folks, I looked again and the feeds are pink!

I had installed a correct DPST switch when I wired it; easy to find....

Frankly, I had no clue as to the difference in switches and was totally surprised I had ordered the correct (per RF schematics) and it actually worked when I wired it up...:D
