Still in planning/budgeting stage...excluding engine/transaxle, has anyone priced out or used all new parts rather than donor car/donor car parts and is there someone who "packages" that as GTM OEM parts package, similar to what some entities do for donor car parts? If so how much more did that cost over the donor package? The more I look at buying new parts to replace some of those donor parts in the package deal, the closer I perhaps come to spending $ on all new perhaps? As I'm looking at this, I have a feeling though that everything all new is going to be exorbitantly more.

I'm not familiar with any New GTM OEM options out there.
I went down the path of picking up the donor kit from one of the guys on eBay (around $4k as I deleted some items that I will replace with higher quality items). The parts showed up packaged nicely and were actually in pretty good shape. I have then decided to clean some of the items up and add new parts. For example I am going to powder coat the control arms, replaced bushings and ball joints. I went with PFADT bushings and Moog ball joints, and all included with the powder coating I'm into the cleaning up for about $1600.
Hope that gives you a little idea of just one aspect of the donor parts.

I used all new parts that were packaged together by Shaun at SMC Performance. Might want to give him a call.

At the time, all the new mechanical parts you needed cost me $10,040. I've also attached my full build cost if you care.

Thanks for the responses...very helpful! May talk to SMC as I continue to explore both options.
