I used a 3 link in my old MKII but I'm leaning towards IRS for the MKIV.
Anyone around here have an IRS car?
Would mind if I came and looked at it? Picked your brain etc?
Thanks
Scott

I have a customer that just started building an IRS hot rod in the Gatineau area, but I am unaware of anyone in that area with IRS in a roadster that is currently on the road.

Not close to Ottawa (obviously) so in person is pretty much out. But FWIW I have tons of pictures and descriptions of the 2015+ IRS setup in my #8674 build thread. Including harvesting the necessary parts, installation, final results, etc. That build was one of the early deliveries by Factory Five, so there was a lot of interest at the time. Link is in my sig line below. That build is completed and was driven one full season already. I highly recommend it. I'm just a street cruiser, so can't comment about extreme performance. But for my driving it handles beautifully and has a very nice ride. Noticeably better than the solid axle builds we had previously. The option adds some cost, and probably especially for Canada builds. Adds a lot to the car though IMO. Good luck.

Thanks for the responses, maybe I'll have to do a road trip to Lake Orion Mi this spring?

I have an older style IRS in my MKIV in Ancaster, near Hamilton, Ontario. Will be ready to go kart this summer.
