This is a great part - I highly recommend it for anyone running a one-piece fuel line through the trans tunnel as it provides a nice measure of protection (not counting the protection from damage or injury as a result of a failed U-joint. Very easy installation. Here are some pictures of my installed hoop and the tools used for the job.
Note safety loop to the far right center - you can see the four mounting bolts in the passenger side frame rail as their just in "finger-tight" for now:

Top of safety loop is visible at the lower center of this photo in relation to the line which runs past it to the left of the top of the hoop:

And here are a couple pictures of the cheap and easy-to-make tool used to set the riv-nuts into the frame rails to secure the four mounting bolts per side:

And finally, here's a shot of what I did to center-punch the holes on the frame rails before drilling the small pilot holes - I just wrapped the tip of a spring-loaded punch with enough electrical tape to perfectly center it in the holes, then held the safety loop in place while marking the four holes per side. Everything lined-up perfectly and I just used successively larger drill bits after starting with 1/8" until I had the right size holes for the riv-nuts.
