I am looking for a source for rebuilt TR3650 or T45 transmisssion (must be able to handle at least 350 lb-ft torque) for 2001 to 2004 Mustang GT.

I've got a T45 out of a '96 Cobra I owned, that was rebuilt for my roadster project, before I realized it would not handle the 600hp potential of the ProCharger on the 4.6 4v. It comes with a warranty & built with some stronger after market parts, but can't commit to it's ability to handle the 350lb-ft. Although my '96 Cobra was rated @ 300 lb-ft so I would think you are safe.
