Hard top window installation

I will be installing the rear side windows soon and have not found any information in the manual or forum. Do they install from the inside or outside? Any recommendation on whether to install before or after the top is installed?

All windows go on the outside. I suggest you do it after paint. I do it normally as one of the last things done to the kit.
