Factory fuel tank inner sealant

Is anyone using a sealant on the factory five gas tank, I saw some people already had rust in the tank?

I would really hesitate to use any sealant. Just clean it, or have it professionally cleaned, before installing. Once fuel starts sloshing around in the sealed tank, it won't continue to rust.

I originally used a tank sealant in hopes it would prevent leak issues that other builders had reported. It didn't, I replaced their tank with the Boyd version.
