2018 GTM Calendar Ordering Thread

[Taz Rules]

There are calendars available for the Roadster (Cobra), 65 Coupe, 33 Hot Rod, 818 (R, S, and C), and GTM.

Calendars are $25 each, shipped to the US or Canada. (Australian and European orders let me know, and I'll find out about the shipping)

Please feel free to order as many calendars as you like (They make great gifts, and I try to ship them in time to arrive for Christmas), and also feel free to order different types (e.g. I'd like two Cobras, a GTM and a 65, please)

Rather than PMs and emails, which leads to missing addresses or other important information, this year I set up a page with an order form HERE (https://phoenixartdesign.weebly.com/factory-five-calendars.html)
People wanting a calendar (or several calendars) just need to fill out the form, and I'll get your order. If you have any questions, of course you can still feel free to email me at taz-rules@shaw.ca

Once I get this, I send a Paypal invoice for the appropriate number of calendars to the email you supplied.
Once that is paid, I ship the calendars. If you ordered multiple calendars, I ship them all together.
I appreciate follow up either via pm, email or on the thread to let me know you got your calendars ok. Though its not necessary, it helps me make sure everybody is happy.


I try to have all orders paid by the end of November, or beginning of December, so I have an idea of how many to run at the printer. I'm send out the first shipment in the last week of November, and the second shipment in the first week of December so they arrive by Christmas, though I can keep shipping more orders after that.

Please don't put your email address up on this thread, as that is used for billing. This thread is to answer questions and for updates (shipping dates, print times, etc). Putting actual ordering information and where to send invoices out on the open internet is not wise!

To those who ordered but haven't received invoices...
Sorry for the delay.
I got a bunch of orders I haven't processed yet. It's been a bit of a crazy week and I fell behind on my invoicing. I apologize. I'll be doing the paypal stuff this morning.

I'm still working on the images for the calendars, but the first run should go to print within a week or so. The first run will include all PAID orders received up to the date I send it in.

You really do some nice and creative work. I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that we truly appreciate the effort that you put into it.

I have had a couple of people send multiple orders, and a couple of others say that they have not received or cannot open their paypal invoice.

I'm hoping to get the calendars to the printer on Monday, shipping on Thurs or Friday of next week (Nov 30 or Dec 1)
I WILL BE PRINTING ALL ORDERS THAT ARE PAID AS OF SUNDAY NIGHT

My invoicing is up to date. If you ordered a calendar, you should have an invoice. If you do not have an invoice, and you think you should, email me ASAP at taz-rules@shaw.ca
Remember... having an invoice doesn't mean your order will ship. It must be paid.

Shipping via post office (as always), and remember its coming from Canada, which is another country, so allow 10-14 days after shipping for arrival. (For you stragglers who order in the second wave or even later than that, remember that the closer we get to Christmas, the longer the shipping time!)

I will be submitting a second print run on the 1st or 2nd of December for those who haven't got their order in or paid in time for the first run.

After that, calendars will be printed individually to order, and will likely arrive after Christmas, or at least with a very tight window for those who want to give them as gifts.

Got the calendars from the printer on Dec 7. Needed to fix an error, and got them back on Dec 8 in the afternoon.
Wrapped and shipped them on the 8th and 9th. They are on their way. I would anticipate arrival by the 20th or 21st.

IF YOU ORDERED, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED OR PAID YOUR INVOICE
then your calendar did not ship! Paid orders only shipped.
If you have an unpaid order, I sent you an email, so check your inbox!

There were a few late orders that did not get included in this print run. They are being run early this next week

Started getting some emails that calendars are arriving.

Mostly in Canada so far, but one in the States, which is quick

Anticipate most arriving between the 19th and 21st per Canada Post's delivery charts, which have been fairly accurate in the past.
(Late orders that shipped in the 2nd wave will be later, obviously... just shipped a couple of those out today)

BTW, I meant to ask the guys who got the GTM calendar...
What do you think of the theme?
Good? Bad? Too Weird? Should I go back to normal or do something theme-ish again next year?

I'd like some feedback. It was a bit more labour intensive, but if y'all like it it's worth it.
