Took forever but finally got the car back from the painter, but have noticed that I have less clearance on the passenger side for the tires clearing the fender, is this common.74642

Looks good.
Can you describe your tire clearance issue in a little more depth?

Sorry, I am not going to help with your clearance issue at all. :) BUT.....that is a cool color scheme. You won't see many like that. Very nice.
Oh. good luck with the clearance issue. I did not have a problem.

You didn't say whether you're dealing with front or rear. Body position on the chassis, alignment (including rear if IRS) and panhard bar adjustment on 3 link all come into play. More info about your specific issue will help.

it's the passenger side front that is closer to the fender. I mean as far as with not height. The lower control arms are from a mustang donor, so I can't adjust them, only the upper arms. I have not had it aligned yet.

Set the front of the body so that it is the same side to side by measuring from the wheelwell lip to the shock tower then get it aligned with .5 to .75 degrees negative camber and report back to us.
