First, that looks like my commute to work every day ..... :p
Second, they didnt film him changing his tires on the way up! He must have gone through more than one set during that.
Third, i have no idea of the rules. Do you have to loop everything in the road three times? Look out squirrels

I thought he just got bored racing to the top in that 1400hp Mustang (I mean, MUNDANE, AMIRIGHT). "Hey, guess I'll stop and do some donuts until I feel like racing again."
