Manual Steering Rack and Adapter

I would like to try manual steering on my Mk 3.1 Roadster. I am looking for a new or lightly used manual steering rack and the adapter to the FFR steering shaft.

This sounds crazy but on my first build I put a Ford Pinto rack, I believe the ratio was better than the donor rack.
