Potential Donor car?

Was just perusing autotrader (and cars.com, and vehix, and adhuntr.... you get the idea) because that's what I do for fun, and I came across this car.

Sounds like it could be a perfect candidate for a donor, orrrr could be a giant pile of ****. If anyone lives in the area, could be worth checking out! I'm certainly not in a position to buy anything right now.

close to me but I already have my donor. Can't believe car is posted for sale with 0 photos!

No photos and 10X what my donor cost! I picked up a 2006 Impreza, so the WRX should fetch more, but not that much more.
