I have an FFR power rack and I ordered Breeze's Adapter Fitting Kit, 06AN, For '87 - '93 Mustang Power Steering Rack. These come with rubber o-rings to seal the joint. Since both surfaces are flat, the o-ring tends to get squeezed out. I spoke spoke with Mark Reynolds and he's not positive this will work. He's going to try and get me a different seal. In the mean time, I trying to find out what others did. I can't be the first one with this issue.

over the years I have seen 3 solutions. 1-JB weld, 2- put a small taper in the rack so the 0-ring has a place to go w/ something like this

We are going to try some Parker Stat-o-Seal washers. Might need to file flats on the OD of the washers if they happen to over-lap being next to each-other.
Keep in mind there has been no leak, just the anticipation of a leak, on the pressure side.
