Emblem Placement

Do you eyeball it as a matter of taste or is there a correct/precise location for the FFR (or vintage Cobra) emblems on the center of the front hood and trunk (measured back from the front/rear)? I'm also using the "Powered By Ford" emblems above the side gill vents; looks like they are centered and a couple inches above?

I don't remember the source. I think one of the other replica brands. But I've used this layout as a general guideline for my builds. I use 3M emblem tape though. No holes in the body.
