Has anyone one registered a 65 coup in NV. If so is there a department to contact prior to registration. Or just build license and have fun.

Rick, NV has a replica registration similar to CA's SB-100. I registered mine 6 years ago but that was before the new law.
The Certificate of Inspection/Affidavit of Vehicle Construction (http://www.dmvnv.com/pdfforms/vp064.pdf) is required at time of registration. A Nevada Registered Garage, Licensed Nevada Body Shop or Rebuilder must complete Part I. You fill out Part II.
