IRS Option Pin Drive Width?

Before Factory Five Re-engineered the IRS, it came two ways, either Narrow Width or Standard Width. This option has gone away since the new IRS has been available.

If I want to install Trigo Wheels on a MkIV Roadster with the new style IRS, what should my set-up be so my tires are neither sticking out too far, or rubbing the frame/body.
