Bad news. After six months of unemployment, my life of leisure is coming to a quick end next week. I've gotten used to lounging around drinking champagne all day while my wife fed me grapes, but nonetheless I start a new job a week from Monday.
My plan for my last ten days of freedom doesn’t require a lot of thought. I’ve whittled the honey-do list down to almost nothing with my time off, and over just the last few weeks I’ve made tremendous progress on the Roadster (being at the open house, with my Roadster still under construction, was a gas and it lit a fire under my butt). I’m going to get as much more done on the car as I can before starting the new job. My garage lights will be burning bright into the night and visitors are welcome – there’s always beer in the garage fridge. :cool::cool:
