Hey guys. I am running a carberated 427w in my cobra. It's a simple set up with a single steel fuel line. My fuel line is steel hard line connected to the tank and engine mounted fuel pump by stainless steel braided hose. Is it acceptable to use AN compression fittings to make all the hardline connections? Also, is it acceptable to use AN compression fittings on the hardline connections from the engine mounted fuel pump to the carb (pressure side)?
Thanks!

Yes to all the above. Just make sure they are rated for fuel. I just ordered my fittings for my fuel cell set up. Enjoy!

Also, as you get up to the carb, I like these hose styles.

There are plenty of similar style. The idea is that the red fittings on the end get screwed into your carb and are never touched again. The disconnect is done w/ the blue AN style nuts. Also having braided hose between the float bowls means you can disconnect one bowl at a time. I know I do probably 4 times as many primary jet changes as secondary.
