Custom Cushion Clips

We're working on fuel lines this week on a customer MK4 Roadster but this applies to all FFR models. We start with a standard 7/8" cushion clip. Using the shop press and two small pieces of the fuel line we press the clip down enough to start the procedure. Then use another piece of fuel line (in this case we used a piece of 1/4" steel rod) on the outside of the clip and finish the pressing. You can use a bench vise and end up with the same results. In the end, you end up with cushion clamps that will accommodate duel lines if you are doing a return system on your build.
