Hi all-

I can't figure out the drivers door lock linkage to make the outside key work. Has anyone had success with this and are there any pictures?

Thanks!

I have been working on this for a few days.
Will post when I have fully figured it out. If the linkage is to "tight" the lock will not work.

Just got to this stage ourselves this weekend. Did you guys figure out anything. How are you connecting the metal piece that turns when you turn the key to the actual lock mechanism in the door? They are about 2 to 3 inches apart and I don't see anything that came with the kit to connect them.

I just did one and I flipped the key cylinder upside down from the instructions, made a new straight link to replace the FFR"L" shaped link and it works great.

Thanks Wayne!

Is that linkage screwed down tight or did you allow it to rotate freely?
