It works really well. Smooth up and down but it has the old style couplings that spit a little when connected/disconnected. I'll be upgrading them as soon as I can. Quickjack also makes this (https://www.quickjack.com/accessories/motorcycle-lift-adapter-kit.html) and I need to see if it will work on my early version lift.
