Problem 89649186491264 this weekend

Ordered a new Zoom stage 3 clutch but Summit sent me a 10.5" 26 spline clutch plate instead of the 10 spline so I called a local performance shop and asked if clutch plates were interchangeable and they told me yes as long as they were both 10.5". So I bought a McLeod clutch disk from them and installed it with my Zoom pressure plate. I did have the flywheel resurfaced, I know for a fact I put the clutch disk in correctly and I torqued down the pressure plate to 25lbs as recommended. I put tranny back on the motor and reinstalled the engine/trans. I just now got around to hooking up the clutch cable and I cannot pus the clutch pedal down, it won't even budge...

Any ideas?

So I have been searching Google for answers and here are some things that may have gone wrong.

I have a 10 spline T5 which appears to be from a V6 Mustang, the V8s had 26 spline so when I ordered my clutch I got the wrong kit
The throwout bearing is different
Wrong clutch all together
Wrong pilot bearing
I have a Chevy T5 and not a Ford

Any sound like they could be my issue?

Wrong; a Mustang V8 T5 is 10 spline.
