I am concerned that the hose filler location will not be the highest point in the system. Will this be a problem? The picture shows the hose tilting downward but when connected to the top of the radiator outlet that hose will be nearly parallel to the ground. Any help is appreciated.

What hose are you using from the T-filler, onward to the rad?
You can see here how I cut the hose shorter, so that the T filler was still the highest point, although not by a lot. Never had an issue with burping or air in the system.

Jacob,
It will be impossible to fully fill the system (water doesn't flow uphill ;) ) and purge air from the system. Bill shows a good example.

thanks, I can either cut the hose and install the T making it highest, or get another 90...think I'll go with another 90, to be neater. I was gonna make up the remainder of the hose to the radiator inlet using the corrogated SS tubing from FFR.
