After cleaning a lot of the donor parts, I am replacing more than I wanted. Mainly due to rust and being 13 years old.
A friend sent me this as a "weight saving item" - These uprights weigh in at 3.4 KG !

I don't know the stock weight, but I doubt the are any where near only 7.5 pounds - each.

Looking at the other models, these are probably in the 5K range as well.
Think I will stick to the diet and try to shed the weight that way instead.

Much want... quite desirable... but most likely WAAAY out of any budget. :-(

I see a challenge for bumpsteer adjustment but that could be fixed I guess
