I used ThermoTec, a bit pricey, (Summit, JEGS, Amazon) on all the heat facing sides of the boxes, firewall & inside of the trans tunnel. Live in Carolina & have had excellent results.
Interior was done in Reflectix (Home Depot) under all the carpets.

This is discussed in dozens (literally) of threads. Here are a few. More links inside these. Even more on the other forum since it's been around longer.

If it's not too hard on your budget:
This for the engine bay side of the footboxes and firewall: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/the-13590/overview/
This for the entire inside of the cockpit, and underside of the tranny tunnel top (it will really quiet the car down): https://www.summitracing.com/parts/dyc-10455/overview/

I went with the koolmat from breeze. It came precut and very accurately too. It is a little pricey but does the job. Attaching carpet to it was easy with silicone as it allows for movement to get the carpet in proper location.

I used Dynamat. It does go on sell periodically at Jegs and Summit.
