Dished hood

How do you fix the dishing that runs down the middle of the hood. My first hood was dished and required a gallon of body filler to level it, to heavy so got another hood from FFR but it to is dished

There is an old thread where one of the vendors was making a mustache shaped bar for under the hood. The point was to raise the dish
and stabilize it so it wouldn't change in the sun. Sorry I don't recall which vendor but maybe someone else will chime in with that info.

It was Tim Whitaker from Kootenai Valley Customs, I spoke to him last week and he is starting to look at a new design for the hood problem.

Tim is a good vendor and all around nice guy. If he comes up with a new hood brace it will be a well thought out design.
I'll be watching to see if it will clear the 6 pack on my 3G Hemi
