As hard as I have tried I can't get the Speed Hut speedometer to calibrate. I talked with Speed Hut and they told me I was going through the calibration steps correctly but probably wasn't getting a signal from the transmission sending unit. The wires from the harness are attached to the electronic output plug on my TKO 600 as shown in the wiring diagram. Where have I gone wrong? I have found that the Ron Francis wiring harness provided for my MK 4 has lead me astray on other connections, so it could very well be these two wires, with the correct connector for the transmission, don't go anywhere. Any thoughts?

I would do a continuity test on each end of the wires. Stupid question, but did you put the gear on the sensor that goes in the transmission? Is the trans new or used? I have seen the speedo gear damaged in the transmission.

It is a new TKO from Mike Forte. I plugged the connector into the electronic outlet on the passenger side of the transmission. That is where TKO says to plug in an electronic speedometer gauge. I will however do a continuity test today. Thanks

After several efforts to calibrate, I found that the second wire from the sender has to be grounded...
