Anyone else have issues with customer service? Or am I just the unlucky sap that keeps getting kicked in the teeth?
From the website accepting my order but apparently "didn't go through" to the Sales dept that got ****ty with me when I asked for confirmation of my order to issues accepting my payment...this has not been an enjoyable relationship to the point I'm about to give up and buy something else.
Any pointers on who to speak with at FF5?
Help!

I have had very good customer service, from order to changing order to them sending parts. I just live on the far side of us from ffr so every part is one week to get, not their problem.

A well written letter to Mad Dog listing your issues is a good start.

thank you for some direction, Courtnie, while helpful, has messed up my original order and now gets rude when she hears my voice on the phone. My wife, sensing my frustration, is emailing me links to Porsche and Corvette...

I have had great customer support. Courtnie (who is on the forum from time to time) is who I usually speak to.

That is a huge bummer! It sounds like maybe someone had an off-day or something. Not only have I had the best experience ever with the company, and specifically Courtnie, but the community has been worth it's weight in gold. If you can, I would try and just take a step back and reset the relationship. It sucks that it got off to a rocky start, but I promise that if you stick with it it is worth it. Also, if you do move forward you will find that you are reaching out to them for a bunch of stuff over the course of your build. The relationship ends up being a long-term one like a marriage so it is worth figuring out early on. I am really sorry man!

Eric,

I can assure you your complaint is being heard and acted upon within FFR.

I'll withhold further comment, but my suggestion is to call FFR and ask to speak directly with Dave Smith.

:)

That's GREAT to hear.

MY SOP in these situations is that once I hear things are moving forward and being resolved is to go ahead and close the thread to keep it from being a "pile on" thread.

If things go south again send me a PM and we'll discuss opening the thread again if needed.

:)
