4.6L vs. 427 What needs changed to make it fit

Found a 427 side oiler today, car is set up for 4.6L, what do I have to change to make it fit?

Is there any difference? Is there a way to make a T-56 or TKO to fit a 427?

Is the a difference in the frame mount from the 4.6L compared to the 427FE?
