New member from Punta Gorda FL

Hello
My name is Mark and I live in Punta Gorda FL with my wife and our little dog. After many years dreaming of owning a Factory Five Roadster, lurking on the forums and doing research, I finally did it and purchased an MKII.
5,200 miles and built by a shop in Ohio on a 1990 Mustang LX 5.0L donor. The motor is mostly stock but the 3:55 gears make it fun. My first project is to add power steering and because of the great info on these forums, I know what my options are and look forward to getting that done. Once I have the required number of posts, I'll post pictures. Just wanted to say hello, and say how excited I am to FINALLY own one of these beautiful cars!

Welcome to the Forum Mark. I live in Port Charlotte, FL and spend a bunch of time in PG. I own the 2 NAPA stores in those towns and know FFR's pretty good. I currently have a Gen III Coupe I am building, a MKIV Roadster that is complete and a 33 that I am finishing up for a Forum friend. There is a car show at Fisherman's Village this Memorial Day that I am planning on attending. If you have the time, stop by and look for the bright blue MKIV and introduce yourself. Welcome to SWFL.
