I can't go this year. My daughter is having her college graduation party that day...

I have a standing invitation but don't think I'll be able to take the time away to attend this year. Never say never though...as it draws near the temptation may be too great to resist!

Planning to attend and trailer out the new Anniversary Roadster. Assuming the weather forecast for Saturday is favorable.

Just curious; Did you clear a space out on your trophy shelf ahead of time, or are you going to wait until you get back?

I will be there. Hopefully Myself and Rick will have his Mark 4 there all done. Picked up the kit March 27th. Just waiting for the body to come back from paint.

I'm planning to be there. A bit nervous about driving the roadster all that way, not due to traffic, noise or that, just haven't driven her for 3hrs straight and don't want to get stuck on the side of the road.

I plan on driving down from Farmington, but will go down Friday night. With a tad under a thousand miles on my car, I am not too concerned with the five hour drive. That being said, I am thinking of taking roads other than 95 and 495.

Rick, let's talk beforehand as I may join you a Friday night. Yes the 95 and 495 will be busy and at night there are a lot of trucks so assuming you would go late afternoon but then there is rush hour. It's never good around Boston.

I am looking for Friday night motel suggestions, that may offer better parking security for my car.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Raynham-Taunton, 600 New State Highway, Raynham, MA 02767 two years ago, and planning to stay there again this time. Nice hotel in a decent area. The parking lot in back seems fine. Parked my Roadster and tow vehicle/trailer there for three nights with no problem. It's about 20 miles down the interstate to FF. Easy drive. We tried another closer hotel when I picked up my kit. Quality Inn I think. Nothing quality about it and I wouldn't recommend. Factory Five typically has some recommendations for hotels in the Open House announcement, including right in Wareham. Probably some others will other suggestions.
I copied this from the FFR site. I have stayed at this hotel twice. It's quite nice. New. The parking lot is quite large.
