A/C Unit for Coupe?

I’m trying to restart the build of my Daytona Coupe and the current big hang-up is getting an A/C unit that will fit behind the dash. I bought a Southern Rods A/C & Heat unit which was the smallest unit that I could find; but it’s still too deep to clear the back of the gauges in the center of the dash. Their smaller unit (which would work) is an A/C only unit; which in a closed car like the coupe which puts out so much heat may be all you need.
What A/C unit are you guys using in your cars?
