Edelbrock Roadster

I was just looking at the pictures of the Edelbrock roadster on FFR website. Did they change the sheet metal for the rear cockpit wall? It looks like it recesses under the trunk floor leaving storage space behind the seats. Is this something new in production kits or a one off thing? Either way i like it and wish mine had it.

That is an optical illusion. The car has the same back wall as all other MkIV's
