Break pedal bender

On the MK3 I used a tool that was being mailed to FFR builder to bend the break pedals to a more operational position. Is this tool still available, if so who is the contact to be added to the list or to request use of this item?

I had one that I loaned out. But it never came back. It's floating around the country somewhere.
