Help with the Alternate Pulley on a 91 302 engine (MK IV build)

We are building a Mk IV and have a problem with the belt set-up on the motor. I have a 302 engine and need to add the "alternate belt pulley" that was supplied with my kit. Alas there is nowhere to attach it (I guess there should have been a power steering thingamagigg or other part where the pulley should have attached to.

Can anyone tell/show me how they have set-up their belt on this kind of engine? Here are some images to explain what I am talking about.

Are you running power steering or do you need to just operate the alternator?

I knew I forgot to add some details. No power steering or power brakes, I just want to operate the alternator and whatever else needs to be turned by the belt.

Crank, water pump and alternator, thats all you need. You wouldn't need the idler pulley on the right. One of the vendors sell a kit but I am not sure which one so I will let someone else chime in. You can pretty much eliminate the alternator pulley setup you have now and it will be a lot cleaner and less clutter.

No, you want the smooth part of the belt on the water pulley
