Hi

I bought my 33 without front brakes ( I got Wilwoods from Gordon Levy).

By not ordering the brakes I didn't get any hardware and need to purchase two flex lines for the front.

Could someone please tell me the lengths of the brake lines needed, long enough not to bind and have plenty of room.

Another cool thing I found out is you can swap out the original Wilwood peddles for forward pushing Wilwoods and then mount your masters (tandem for brakes) forward facing on the fire wall.

Thanks for your help

Tom - If you go to Wilwoods website and type in these part numbers (140-12048-D) Front and (140-12049-D) Rear, page 2 of the instructions (PDF) will show all the components and p/n's that come with this kit. From that you should be able to decipher what you need to purchase...hope this helps.

Tom,

The best I can do is say mount your calipers and hard lines, then take a string with the wheels turned hard away from the frame mounting point and add about 2 inches to the length. The lines are easy to find on any of the sites. How they flex when turning inward is dependent on whether you use a banjo fitting or other style connection. I think I mounted my Frame side a little higher to keep it off the lower control arm when it slacks inward.
