Energy Suspension 4-1122g Motor Mounts (Dart Block)

I have an extra set of energy suspension 4-1122G motor mounts that have been recessed to fit a DART 351w block. I have never used them...just recessed them. As you may know, the DART 351w block has extra support on it that gets in the way of a standard mustang motor mount. I have hand recessed these with a round file to fit the DART block. It's an extra set that I no longer need.

Will that change the fitment on a 302?

No, The 351 and the 302 have the exact same engine mount pattern. If you have a dart block you will need to recess the motor mount on the backside of the flange so the mount sits all the way back. It's a simple but time-consuming task. Instead of using a grinder as most do I hand filed these recesses using a round file. If you research online this is a very common problem. These mounts will also work on a non-DART block, they just have the recesses in them. 80 bucks shipped anywhere in the US, pretty good deal for $150 mount.

We machine the Dart block Engine Mount area ahead of time when we supply a Ready to Run Engine. Still may need to shim or relieve the mount a bit but a lot easier to work with.

Looks nice! I wonder why DART doesn't do this to begin with. Speaking directly to the techs at DART they told me to modify the motor mount, not the block.
