Has anyone used these fender guards on a MK4?

I know finish line isn't really FFR specific so I was just wondering how the fit was on our bodies and any other positives or negatives?

Thanks

A set of clear ones would be nice... I hope someone chimes in!

I was looking at that exact part just yesterday. Sure would be nice to have someone who has installed them chime in. I've also seen a couple of cars with sheet metal fender protectors. Nice looking but beyond my skill level to make.

I am also curious whether anyone has installed them.

Instead of the ********** product, I used 3M clear paint protection film. It works well and easy to apply. Just make a pattern for the area you want to cover and cut it out with a good pair of scissors.

Is it removable/reusable?? The attractive part of the static cling to me is being able to drive somewere and remove them, say at a cruise in or show.

Not reuseable as you suggest, but easy to remove and replace as necessary. Cost is much less for a large sheet of the 3m film.

The various films (3M, Xpel, etc.) are basically invisible once installed. They last for several years at least. No reason to use something that needs to be taken off IMO. This is Xpel Ultimate on the rear flares of #7750. They've been on there for two driving seasons. You can just barely see the horizontal line and radius at each top corner. I had to get the light and angle just right even to see them this much. The other lines, along the edge of the wheel lip and the corner by the door, are completely invisible.
