O-2 Bungs

Need a good source to purchase O-2 Bungs to weld to my Stainless steel side-pipes.

They're a really common part, and readily available most anywhere. Pretty much any performance parts store has them: Jegs, Summit, Speedway, etc. If you can't find them there, contact Mike Forte at www.fortesparts.com You might even try your local NAPA store.
